YUMMY ! Here's how you can make your ice cream pumpkin pie, it serves 8.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cups crushed cinnamon-sugar graham crackers
10 teaspoons butter -- melted
Canned pumpkin -- 1 cup
Vanilla ice cream -- 1 quart
Sugar -- Little less than 1/2 cup
Cinnamon -- 1 teaspoon
Assorted dried fruits
Ginger -- 1/2 teaspoon
Nutmeg -- 1/4 teaspoon
DIRECTION:
Heat the oven to 350ยบ. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a 9 inch pie plate. Crumble the mixture with your fingers until the butter is evenly distributed and then gently press it around the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate. Bake for 5 minutes and let it cool down to room temperature.
Step-2. Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 15 minutes. Scoop it into a large mixing bowl and break the icecream bar apart with a spoon, then add the pumpkin, sugar and spices. Mash it well until all the ingredients get distributed evenly through the ice cream.
Step-3. Pour the pumpkin ice cream into the cooled crust, cover with plastic wrap and put it to freezer for 6-7 hours.
Step-4. Decorate the Pumpkin icecream with those dried fruits to give io a look of a colorful jack-o'-lantern face. Slice it and serve.
